Lino has worked in the banking and mortgage industry since 1987. He has been a Mortgage Specialist since 1999, working with both BMO and RBC. He was consistently ranked as one of the top performers at both lenders and made the decision to strike out on his own in 2020 because he believed he could better service his clients as an independent. As the lead agent with Foundational Growth he runs a business powered by Sherwood Mortgage Group Lic. No 12176. Lino is a multiple Conference Award Winner, Chairman’s Roundtable Winner, Platinum/Gold Club Winner and is ranked among the Top 1% of mortgage agents across Canada. Danielle Palazzo has lived and breathed real estate since she was a young teenager. She was hired for her first job in the industry at the age of 15, when she began working as an administrator for a major real estate brokerage. She obtained her real estate license at the age of 18 — the earliest it was possible to obtain the certification. In 2005 she first obtained her mortgage broker license. In 2007 she began working as a mortgage agent for Royal Bank of Canada and became a top-performing employee there. She is a multiple convention award winner at the Platinum and Gold Club levels and was voted a Top Choice award winner for 2021. She ascribes her success as one of the most respected mortgage professionals in the Vaughan area to her work ethic. “I wasn’t born with a silver spoon in my mouth,” she says. “I worked hard to get where I am.” She is a mom and stepmom to six children in her blended family.
Jennifer Palazzo is the Foundational Growth office manager. She has worked with the team since October 2018. Jennifer is a licensed mortgage agent. Previously to her role with Foundational Growth, she worked as a deal administrator for a real estate office for more than 15 years. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from York University. She has two children.
